NENDERA

Understand an unfamiliar model before you rely on it.

Start with an SBML source, inspect the evidence it carries, then run a bounded experiment you can return to. Nendera keeps its limits visible along the way.

A research workflow with the record attached

Bring a model

Open the built-in demonstration or import an SBML file. The workspace retains source and provenance context where it is available.

Inspect what is present

Read source-linked structure, equations, units, annotations, parser checks, and declared capability limits before treating a model as executable.

Run one bounded question

Set declared inputs, review model health, and create a source-bound run record. Execution checks and scientific validation stay separate.

Leave with the record

Save a run or prepare an export with its available source binding, settings, and result reference.

What the workspace can and cannot say

It can preserve source, provenance, run configuration, and supported validation evidence. A successful simulation, an assistant explanation, or an export does not verify a biological or clinical claim.

Unsupported format constructs remain visible in the capability report. Agent suggestions remain reviewable proposals until a separate approval path applies them.

Privacy and grounded assistance

Optional activation measurement is category-only, browser-local, and consent-gated. It excludes source, model values, prompts, diagnostics, and identifiers. The assistant uses workspace evidence and cites what it can inspect; it does not replace a scientific review.

Resume or review browser-local journey records when you need help returning to a guided task.
